The Cumbrian Way passes through the Village and the more energetic could climb the Old Man of Coniston with its splendid view overlooking as far as the Isle of Man.

Both Judith & Zeke have lived in the area all their lives, have a wide local knowledge and would be happy to help you plan your day’s activities. We can also recommend some excellent restaurants and country pubs for your evening meal.
